  Log into your Gainsville account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging with all protective inserts to ensure the furniture remains undamaged during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a convenient home collection through our designated logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
